Job Description
Multi Trader Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of repair works to commercial and residential properties including:
- Painting & decorating
- Carpentry
- Basic plastering
- Tiling & flooring
- Leak damage repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrics
- The Multi Trader must be able to leave a finished job in a clean and tidy manner with minimal disruption to the home and it's tenants
- Multi Trader Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideally qualified in a trade: Carpentry / Plumbing/ Painting & Decorating or similar
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety
